Order Eligibility for Refund

Customers may request a refund if:
• The order was not processed successfully
• Payment was made but product availability changed
• Delivery could not be completed due to confirmed farm supply limitations
• Incorrect product quantity was supplied

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 to 48 hours after receiving the order confirmation or delivery notice.

Non-Refundable Orders

Because poultry products are live farm products, certain orders are non-refundable:
• Live chickens already delivered
• Eggs damaged after customer receipt
• Orders delayed by customer address errors
• Products affected by customer handling after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Delivery

If you receive damaged products or incorrect birds, contact Layers Farm immediately through our support page with:
• Order number
• Product name
• Delivery date
• Clear photos if applicable

Our support team reviews all claims carefully and may approve replacement or partial refund depending on the case cracks .

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment preparation begins. Once live poultry preparation or transport has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Layers Farm works to ensure safe packaging and reliable shipping. However, delivery timing may vary depending on location, weather conditions, and transport availability delivery
